Okay, so, I haven’t lost weight, but I haven’t gained it either. I HAVE to start getting active. I don’t know why this is such a block for me. When I was doing P90X, I enjoyed it. I always felt more energized after working out, and yet it is still a major block. I have to get over this. So my goal for this week is to get more active.

Everyday I will choose to do something that will get me out of the house. I must do one of the following every day:

  • Go to the park.
  • Walk the trail.
  • Fly a kite.
  • Go to Mammoth Cave.
  • Mini Golf.
  • Horseback Riding.

Okay, so I have to do at least one of these things a day. I know it’s not P90X, but it will get me out of the house and walking around.
